As a Taiwanese American, I am very proud to say that I came from Taiwan! A few suggestions for the message on the ad:
"This attack comes from Taiwan" sounds negative. Consider a tone that shows Taiwan's solidarity with humanity, and point to Taiwan's strengths and contributions in the world. I also agree with many people below that we shouldn't repeatedly justify ourselves. Go beyond defending against Tedros' attacks, and embrace the audience of this ad with empathy, support, and a commitment to make a difference.
So a couple of copy suggestions: "Taiwan is in this with you," "Taiwan stands strong with the world," "Taiwan is leading by example," or "Taiwan wants you to know..."
謝謝發起募款，更謝謝在短時間組織籌劃這樣一個工作，提升台灣的能見度及對世界發出台灣正在幫忙的正面訊息。
刊登於外媒網路或實體印刷的內容是否考慮有英文即可。
另外，很遺憾看到目前的草稿內容太著墨於對譚德賽言論的回應。可以強而有力地舉證我們是針對世衛秘書長處理這次肺炎疫情的態度及方式，但從未提及其種族、文化等，可以參考蔡總統對譚德賽發言的回應。簡短、強而有力即可。
Taiwan can help, Taiwan is helping. 可以多舉一些我們正在做的事，在國內及對世界其它國家。
另外，小提醒，台灣捐贈的應該不是普通的口罩，應該是醫療口罩, medical 或 surgical mask （請查證看是哪一種，英文明確寫出來），現在的草稿裡只寫mask是很籠統的。世界正缺的是醫療口罩，我們提供的正是醫護人員最欠缺的，不是普通的口罩。草稿中寫actually usable這個很不專業，大概只有我們台灣人知道是在暗諷中國「捐」贈的是不能用的，但世界其它國家的人可能不知道。
期待完稿是更完整、更有高度、格局、氣度的內容，而不是像一般網路發言的回應，這樣會很可惜，且可能適得其反。

個人認為公開信的篇幅稍長了些，主要羅列台灣防疫的成果及貢獻，重點是Taiwan is helping!

可以不要用attack這個字眼嗎？
英美兩國對於此字眼很敏感
這樣的字眼是在勾起他們的惡夢 ie. 911 恐攻
而且還計畫要刊在事發地點紐約...
很擔心這樣會適得其反
譚先生指控台灣時也用attack，而且這個是目前Twitter上流行的hashtag，以世界的趨勢來回應能獲得更多人共鳴，所以個人認為並無不妥
其實不用跟著譚先生走，或許會掉入他們的圈套，就是要我們反擊，或許逆向操作，讓台灣被更多人看見，這是譚先生更不想見到的
我覺得要是團隊把整封信的重點改成宣傳台灣的善舉，用attack反而更凸顯台灣的好，倒反法的概念
但現在似乎是針對譚某...如果重點是要反駁譚的話用attack的確會有負面的感覺
