　　每隔一段時間，總會聽到「捐款去向不明」的消息？隨著這類新聞日益頻繁，是否也影響了你對慈善團體的信任，甚至不想參與公益計畫呢？
Occasionally, you heard rumors on "donation whereabouts going fuzzy". How does the increase in similar news play out on your trust in public welfare groups and your desire to participate?

　　根據內政部合作及人民團體司籌備處建議，要求「提供捐款收據」，可有效避免愛心遭壞人們貪瀆。
As suggested by MOI Associations Preparatory office, requesting a “donation receipt” should solve the problem.

       選擇欲捐款的專案，有救援吃不飽浪浪的飼料專案、有杜絕浪浪過度繁衍的絕育專案、有救援身受重傷卻無助哭哭浪浪的醫療專案，可依據喜好選擇一起救助浪浪方案。
       Choose a project to donate. Some helps to feed, some supports contraception to avoid over breeding, some heavy injury medical rescues for homeless animals. You can choose a project of interest to provide support.




       選擇欲了解的地區區域，系統將會顯示參與合作的公益單位們，給公益單位展現「捐款確實到浪浪身上」的信任感。
       Choose a region you would like to participate and inspect collaborating welfare units. Departments can showcase their sincerity by "actual support to homeless animals using the donations"




可以依據喜好分配行政、執行、受助捐款比例。 主打星 ⭐  ⭐ ⭐
Allocate administrative, executive and support percentage at your choice. Star Rating⭐  ⭐ ⭐

       過去是由公益組織自行分配捐款比例，現在你有權利決定100%於行政成本使公益組織有營運能力使生存下來，你有權利接近100%回饋於浪浪身上，預設捐款比例值會由公益組織自行規劃，民眾可根據喜好自行調整期望捐款運用比例，讓民眾與公益組織的社會期許落差漸漸地達到平衡。　　　
P.S.行政成本系統預設限制為10%以上

       Public welfare groups used to allocate fund usage internally. Now you have the right to allocate 100% on administration so groups can operate freely, or nearly 100% on the animal cause. Default percentage allows the group to allocation at will, or you can choose to set the proportions. This is a step towards balancing public welfare groups with public expectations. 
P.S. Administrative cost is set at a default minimum of 10%

        過去我們總是經由芳名錄或是財報，來了解整體上的財務狀況，而我們平台會將每一次執行的活動方案，包括了物資總數量送達浪浪單位、醫療手術收據、執行運送物資需要的收據、購買物資的收據．．．等等雜費，以影像記錄上傳至平台，讓捐助者可以更加了解捐款流向之處置狀況。

        Directory or financial reports were used to provide general understanding of donations. We visually record every event and upload to the platform. These include everything from resource arrivals, medical receipts, logistics receipts and purchase orders etc., to help donors understand where the money goes.

計畫簡介
Project introduction

「以領養代替購買、以結紮代替撲殺」是終結十二夜悲歌以來的口號！

“Adoption instead of purchase, ligation instead of culling” is the call to action since the tragedy of “Twelve Nights”.


TNvR（流浪貓犬絕育計畫），四個英文字分別代表的意思是誘捕、結紮、疫苗及回置。

TNvR(Stray Cat and Dog contraception program) stands for Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate and Return. 

這是一種以人道方式管理並減少流浪犬和流浪貓數量的方法。
This is a humane method to manage and decrease homeless cats and dogs. 

結紮後的流浪貓狗，有效抑制因繁殖而數量氾濫、局面無法收拾，且貓咪狗狗也不會再發情半夜亂叫、到處灑尿作記號或有攻擊行為...等等降低當地居民的困擾。
Ligated strays are less aggressive, less prone to mating sprees, less territory marking and less noisy which helps in neighborhood coexistence.
結紮後的浪浪，醫生會剪耳做標記、注射狂犬病疫苗及除蚤。剪耳會依據男左女右的規則，此舉可以單純以外觀輕易判別出是否已經結紮，避免重複捕捉。
 The vet marks ligation with ear punch, injects rabies vaccine and rids fleas. Males are marked on the left ear and female on the right. This helps with identifying ligation for avoiding repeated capture.

Risk and Commitment

1.如果募資金額沒有達到目標，募資網站會透過您贊助時的原付款方式退還贊助金額（不包含虛擬帳號轉帳交易手續費）。您屆時會收到金流公司所寄出的退款信件，請根據信中的指示完成退款步驟。

1. If we do not reach the fund raise target, sponsorship amount will be returned in full by your original payment method (excluding transaction fees by virtual accounts). You will receive a refund letter from the payment company. Please follow the instructions to complete the procedure.

2.若回饋品須寄至海外地區（包括台灣離島地區），運費需自行負擔。

2. Shipping fee is not covered if the reward is delivered overseas (including the outer islands of Taiwan).

3.回饋品為「初創會員專屬勳章」者務必提供正確完整之姓名、電話、地址 (含郵遞區號)及電子信箱，待測試版上線後，會提擁有初創會員專屬勳章之會員帳號及密碼寄送於你。

5. The correct and complete name, phone, address(including postal code) and email must be provided for " cute,customized e-version baby pet sticker ". You will receive a line sticker code within 90 to 180 working days.

 6.回饋品為「親手夏廚Ｘ古早位粉漿蛋餅」者務必提供正確完整之姓名、電話、地址(含郵遞區號)及電子信箱，以便後續聯絡參與現作巡迴活動，測試版上線後，約３０～９９個工作天完成回饋品推送。

6. The correct and complete name, phone, address(including postal code) and email must be provided for " traditional omelets cooked just for you " for follow-up participation in tours. The reward will be completed within 30 to 99 working days after the launch of website beta.

7.回饋品「純天然唇/爪印明信片」者務必提供正確完整之姓名、電話、地址 (含郵遞區號)、希望收到何位男神的啾啾Kiss及電子信箱，我們會將邀請經票選出的人氣男神，做為代表留下啾啾Kisss唇印或貓神爪印於明信片上， 以便後續聯絡，若因贊助者提供資料導致錯誤，一概不再補送回饋品，約90-180個工作天完成回饋品寄送。

7. The correct and complete name, phone, address(including postal code), email and name of the pet must be provided for "postcard with a kiss from pet of your dreams " for follow-up contact. The final voted pet of dreams will be invited to leave a kiss or paw print on the postcard. No reward repost will be provided if error is caused by incorrect information. The reward will be delivered within 90 to 180 working days

8.回饋品「一起舉辦貓貓狗狗TNR活動」者務必提供正確完整之姓名、電話、地址(含郵遞區號)及電子信箱以及寄送寵物照片，以便後續聯絡，約90-180個工作天將客製化Q版電子寵物圖以及專屬Line貼圖代碼寄送於你，測試版上線後會一起舉辦ＴＮＲ活動，若因贊助者提供資料導致錯誤，一概不再補送回饋品。

8. The correct and complete name, phone, address(including postal code), email and pet photo must be provided for "Join our cats & dogs ligation activity " for follow-up contact. Cute, customized e-version baby pet sticker and exclusive line sticker code will be delivered within 90 to 180 working days. TNR event will be hosted after the launch of website beta. No reward repost will be provided if error is caused by incorrect information.

9.我們保有更改活動相關內容的權利，若有任何更動，將會提前以電子郵件通知。

9. We reserve right to amend relative content of the event. Advance notice will be provided for changes by email.
