Project Story ALL CARE was born out of our boundless love and care for pets. As pet owners, we understand that pets are family. Concerned by the lack of transparency in many pet foods, we created ALL CARE, a brand dedicated to providing high-quality pet health foods centred on love. We thoroughly researched pets' nutritional needs and collaborated with experts to ensure our products truly meet those needs. 風險與挑戰
1.為追求最佳品質，預計於2024年7月底開始生產，將於9月中進行出貨，團隊將於募資結束後，陸續更新後續進度。
2.商品照與影片會因裝置的不同有所色差，已實際產品為主。
3.募資計劃諸多變素，產品品質、出貨、物流…等。ALL CARE團隊全力維護品質同時，降低意外發生，當您贊助此計劃即同意承擔此風險。
- To ensure the best quality, production is scheduled to begin at the end of July 2024, with shipments expected to commence in mid-September. The team will provide regular updates on the progress following the end of the pre-order period.
- Product images and videos may have colour differences due to varying device displays; the actual product shall prevail.
- The pre-order plan involves many variables, such as product quality, shipping, and logistics. While the ALL CARE team will make every effort to maintain quality and minimise unforeseen issues, by supporting this project, you agree to assume these risks.
退換貨規則
商品到貨享十天猶豫期之權益（注意！猶豫期非試用期），辦理退貨商品必須是全新狀態且包裝完整，商品一經拆封，等同商品價值已受損，僅能以福利品出售，若需退換貨，我方須收取價值損失之費用(回復原狀、整新費)，請先確認商品正確、外觀可接受，再行使用，以免影響您的權利，祝您購物順心。
You are entitled to a ten-day cooling-off period upon receipt of the goods (please note: the cooling-off period is not a trial period).
